Converting

For streamlined assembly solutions, our fully-equipped manufacturing facility enables us to convert most raw material into a wide range of medical products. We offer laminating, custom die-cutting, slitting, scoring, lot coding, vacuum transfer, rewinding, coating, sheeting and island placement.

Printing

Once a product reaches the production phase, Quadris Medical is equipped to meet your printing demands. With nearly 25 years of experience, we have the ability to grasp the challenges that unique and niche projects require. We are versed in lithographic and flexographic printing in both narrow and medium formats. We print from one to eight colors and offer UV coating and variable copy options. Our capabilities allow us to fulfill a wide range of printing needs.

Packaging

To complete the production cycle, Quadris Medical offers medical grade packaging solutions individualized to each customer’s specifications. Our customized packaging options include heat/cold seal, shrink wrapping, pouching, labeling, validating, bagging and boxing.

Fulfillment and Inventory

For efficient storage and product transfer, Quadris Medical helps manage your inventory. With 80,000 square feet of warehouse space and a sophisticated inventory management system, we store and maintain all of our customers' products before shipment. We have a proven record for responsiveness and a commitment to on-time delivery.
